About Me

With over 25 years of experience in counselling and alternative practices, I offer a deeply compassionate, trauma-informed space for personal growth and reconnection. At the heart of my work is self-compassion, supporting individuals to meet themselves with kindness, curiosity, and understanding, especially
in moments of challenge or change.

 

I weave together traditional therapeutic frameworks with holistic and somatic yoga, helping clients gently reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom, and restore a sense of emotional,
physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

 

As a Transformational Life Coach, I support clients to soften self-criticism, release limiting beliefs, and rebuild trust in themselves, so they can live with greater authenticity, resilience, and self-empowerment.

Life Coaching

Welcome to my life coaching practice, a warm, heart-centred space created to support your personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and inner resilience. My approach is integrative, compassionate, and trauma-informed, offering support that honours the whole person: mind, body, and emotional experience.


I specialise in working with individuals navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, stress, relationship challenges, and periods of feeling stuck or disconnected. Sessions gently combine therapeutic insight with grounding and restorative practices, helping you reconnect with clarity, confidence, and a greater sense of inner steadiness.
 

Whether you are seeking deeper self-understanding, healthier emotional patterns, or a more balanced and fulfilling life, I offer a safe and nurturing environment where exploration and healing can unfold at your own pace. My intention is to support you in returning to your centre, so you can move forward with greater ease, authenticity, and self-compassion.

My person-centered approach blends talking therapy with mindfulness, body awareness, and  helping clients regulate their nervous system, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity, balance, and resilience.

Couples Therapy

All relationships experience challenges. When communication breaks down, trust feels fragile, or connection is lost, couples therapy provides a safe and supportive space to work things through together.
 

I help couples understand unhelpful patterns, communicate more openly, and reconnect emotionally. Sessions focus on practical tools, mutual understanding, and strengthening your relationship in a way that feels respectful and sustainable.
 

Couples therapy can support relationships in difficulty, as well as couples who want to deepen connection and build a stronger future together
